Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

- Cost: A flat rate of £4.75 applies to all orders.
- Delivery Time: Estimated arrival within 1-10 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £100.
International Shipping
- Carrier: All orders are shipped via Tracked Royal Mail.
- Cost: A flat rate of £9.50 applies to all international orders.
- Delivery Time: Estimated arrival within 1-10 business days after dispatch. Please note, this can vary significantly based on the destination country and customs processing.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all international orders over £100.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Qasino Jewellery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refund Policy
Our 14-Day Policy
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@qasinojewellery.co.uk with your name, order number, and the reason for the return.
- We will respond within 2 working days with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item is approved for a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@qasinojewellery.co.uk. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on certain items:
- Hygiene Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Made-to-Order Items: Any items that are custom-made or personalized cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
